Wouldn’t It Be Great To Blow The Final Whistle?

July 9, 2016 Leave a Comment

blowing the whistle

Sports fans will know only too well the anxious wait for the final whistle – winning or losing it seems to hover with menace. Wouldn’t it be great if we could also blow the whistle and final time on bariatric surgery? Reach a goal weight, maintain a while and then call it quits? Job done …

Sadly bariatric surgery doesn’t work like that – it’s not a bus you jump on and then get off a few stops later. This is a journey to the terminus!

Recognising this fact and making that journey as trouble-free as possible takes planning especially the further out from surgery you become. Never losing sight of the basics, taking your supplements and practising good emotional self-care, all add up to prolonged success.

It isn’t easy and no responsible provider will tell you that it is. There are however some ways to get help along the way. We have some pretty fine advice here on our website and recipes for every stage of post-surgery. We have some products that help you reach your goal, help with maintenance and get you back on track if regain rears it’s ugly head. We also have a small team who can advise on a number of issues you might encounter (and if we don’t know the answers we often know someone who does).

So we might not be blowing the whistle but do excuse us if we
blow our own trumpet so that you’ll get in touch or make the most of what’s on offer!

Check out some of our products below that can help you reach goal, stay there and enjoy your bariatric new life.
