Ingredients
3 large strawberries
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1 small banana, sliced
125 ml/generous ½ cup skimmed low-fat milk or unsweetened soya milk
Method
1. Place the strawberries, kiwi, banana and milk in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Serve chilled, decorated with strawberries and kiwi, if liked.
