MANGO PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
METRIC/US
1/2 mango, peeled and chopped
1 scoop protein isolate powder (Syntrax Fuzzy Navel for example)
150ml/2/3 cup skimmed or reduced-fat milk
Method
1. Place the mango, protein powder and milk in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Serve chilled, decorated with a lemon slice if liked.

Rabi, I ordered mine from http://www.predatornutrition.com and it arrived quickly and safely. I love the fuzzy navel flavour and I am told the twisted cherry is good too although it was out of stock when I tried last. Hope you like it too! Carol

Such a good idea…I often have frozen fruit at the ready for my smoothies. Frozen summer fruits are gorgeous and I even freeze pieces of banana to add to a smoothie occasionally.
