MANGO PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
1/2 mango, peeled and chopped
1 scoop protein isolate powder (Syntrax Fuzzy Navel for example)
150ml/2/3 cup skimmed or reduced-fat milk
1. Place the mango, protein powder and milk in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Serve chilled, decorated with a lemon slice if liked.
