How To Prevent Your Stomach From Stretching After WLS

The title of this post really says it all – how do you prevent your pouch from stretching after WLS. Does it? Can we repair if that is the case? And how do we prevent it? These are all questions that I have been asked and Dr Matthew Weiner (a bariatric surgeon) has been asked countless times. Below is the answer he gives – it’s a lengthy one and well worth the listen, and there are a few details that I would take issue with but then I’m not a surgeon! What do you think?
