A Very Merry Christmas!

December 24, 2014 1 Comment

Holiday-Merry-Christmas-Animated

Another year has flown by and Christmas is with us yet again! This can be a tricky time for bariatric patients to negotiate but we know it’s just a small part of our annual journey, and hopefully we’ll navigate our way through it and enjoy in a way we couldn’t do before surgery. So my wish for you this year is that you embrace your new life; enjoy your food (even if very small or controlled in portion); and also to give as much support to those who need it around you as you can muster (and stay strong and positive whilst doing so). Most of the bariatriccookery.com team are around over this holiday period, although we will be taking a bit of a rest. However, whilst we don’t have a forum as such, we do respond to comments and requests for food-related help during this festive time so do ask away if we can help. Simply leave a comment and we’ll check in from time to time.

Here’s wishing you everything you wish for yourselves – but mainly great health, good fortune and lashings of happiness!

I visit daily a few sites and websites to read articles,
except this blog offers quality based content.
