Merry Christmas & Happy Huladays 2018!

We’re beginning to wind down now for Christmas and the holiday break and so wish you a very good time whatever you plan to do and whoever you spend it with. We’ve had a busy run up to Christmas and have now safely sent out the Christmas Newsletter to over 17  k of you (you can view it here), shipped all the products you have requested well in time of mail cut-off dates, so now going to take a little time out,  and maybe take in a little hula hooping!

 

There are lots of features on the website to browse through for festive food, coping tactics for this time of year, and even some tips for staying on track. We’ll continue to post on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as the food and ideas present themselves, but we’re also taking a bit of time out for some self-care and recharge.

 

Then we’ll be back after Christmas with some new things for making a grand entrance into 2019, and of course the New Year Free Bariatric Cookery Newsletter (subscribe here for it). Come back for those …

 

I am very aware that for some the holiday or festive period can be a challenging, fraught, lonely and anxious one. I am therefore adding a visual as in previous years from Big Fashionista which has a list of UK numbers and organisations that you can reach out to if you feel in need. Please don’t hesitate if this is you. Please don’t suffer – you’re not alone! And do help if you see someone struggling …
