Everyone loves a dip – whether it’s for party food, a lunch box addition, a support group offering or legitimate snack. We make them quite often and have a whole repertoire in our archives from bean, avocado and salsa to more unusual beetroot (use the search box to see what’s on offer!).
Here is a very simple one that we like to serve with vegetable crudités, our bariatric-friendly veggie crisps (from bk 2), parmesan crisps, but also as a jacket baked potato topping too.
It’s so simple that we have added it to our Super Simple Recipe archive of recipes too.
