The start of the Euros; the 90th birthday ‘Queenie’ celebrations; and general start of summer madness, means we have been dusting off the bbq grill and thinking of eating outdoors this weekend. The vagaries of the British weather means we could be cooking in sunshine or sheltering from a torrential downpour but we just get on with it. But what should we remember about grilling/broiling with weight-loss in mind? Here are some ideas to get the ball rolling ….

Winter in in Australia – but still firing up the barbie and doing grills. Love the fruit grill idea and will be trying it in the next day or so.

Glad you’re enjoying the website and the recipes Dave. I also love bbq-ing all year round, I’ve even become a bit of a dab hand at grilling whilst holding an umbrella!
