Everyone is Irish on St Pat’s Day and tomorrow we turn our food (and drink) green! We have some old classics to share like our Mock ‘Corned Beef’ Hash recipe; suggestion for Boiled Ham with Cabbage, Champ (basically mash with spring onions) and Parsley Sauce; and Sausages with Colcannon (see

You might be tempted by green iced buns, green-glazed biscuits/cookies and foaming lurid-green alcohol but my advice would be to steer clear or stick to the one … as my Irish friend would say … it’s the road to ruin! I know it only too well ….
