A great way of getting some protein without the added fat and sugar.
CHOCOLATE PROTEIN-FIX ICE CREAM
Ingredients
4 x 120g pots Muller Light vanilla and chocolate yogurt
2 scoops flavourless protein isolate powder
150ml low-fat custard
150ml skimmed milk
2 tbsp low-fat hot chocolate powder
1. Mix the yogurt with the protein powder, custard, milk and chocolate powder.
2. Freeze until firm, whisking once or twice, to break down any large ice crystals. Alternatively freeze in an ice cream maker.
3. Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
4. Scoop to serve, dusted with a little extra chocolate powder and decorated with strawberries if liked.
