The late May Bank Holiday in the UK and Memorial Day in the US, signals the start to the summer for so many. Time for the first cook-out perhaps? Since this holiday always seems to coincide with my son’s birthday (and often a football cup final) as a family we often indulge in the usual burger, barbie, sausage/hot-dog and side dish fest with family and friends gathered round for a celebration. The weather here is the UK looks unsettled but we’ll still be out there chilling and grilling!
