Bariatric Portion Plate Loaded!

Bariatric Portion Plate and Salmon 021

A few people have asked me what my Bariatric Portion Plate looks like when loaded with the ideal proportions of food. Well here’s lunch today for example … salmon fillet, asparagus spears and herby new potatoes.  As usual I will aim to eat the salmon first, asparagus second and then attempt the potatoes. I may add a small spoonful of herby yogurt dressing (just o% Greek yogurt with snipped chives and seasoning). Realistically and based on previous experience I shall probably only manage one of the potatoes but my appetite and tolerability changes on a daily basis.

I hope to post more meal ideas over the coming days and weeks … I may even barbecue in my coat this weekend to show an example of such fare … because this warm sunny weather isn’t set to last.
