We all know that exercise after WLS helps with weight-loss, toning and general well-being but for many of us a gym subscription isn’t possible
and for others it’s a no-no for a good number of reasons – time, availability, cost, childcare, mobility issues, the clothing or just the plain embarrassment of joining or working out in a group. I know, I’ve been there!
I often suggest that just starting out with walking can be the best and easiest way to address this and many of you do. So much so that you go on to do fun-runs, half and full marathons and even road races!
If however you want to do a bit more than walk but want a regime that is appropriate and takes into account your size and capabilities after WLS then this exercise video below is a great starting point. It’s a 25 minutes work-out which most can find the time for and works all the muscles in the body. Give it a try ….. in the privacy of your own home!
